Magtrol’s SBB15 Signal Breakout Box is designed to assist in the monitoring of speed, torque, and index signals obtained from either a Magtrol dynamometer or torque transducer. The easy-to-use SBB15 is simply inserted in series between a Magtrol controller and any Magtrol dynamometer or torque transducer. Connections are made via D-Sub 15 signal cables.

Speed, torque, and index signals are outputted through BNC connectors to an oscilloscope or other DAQ instrumentation device. Switching to the external encoder will switch the Tach A, Tach B, and Index signals, while the Torque signal will still be passed through from the dynamometer or torque transducer. The SBB15 Signal Breakout Box is a convenient and reliable accessory that reduces the necessary wiring required for signal monitoring.

  • Sturdy Assembly: packaged in an extruded aluminum case with metal mounting flanges
  • An external encoder input is provided for connecting high resolution encoders

                    [post_content] => Magtrol fournit des bras et poids de calibration pour l’étalonnage des freins  dynamométriques à hystérésis de la série HD.
Pour effectuer un étalonnage réussi, les poids de précision doivent être assez lourds pour appliquer un couple au plus près de la valeur pleine échelle.
Les poids de calibration Magtrol de série WT ont une valeur égale au couple du frein dynamométrique, divisé par la distance entre l'axe extérieur et l’axe centrale du bras de série CB utilisé.

Les poids de calibration sont disponibles dans les unités anglaises ou SI. Les bras d'étalonnage quand à eux sont marqués en unités anglaise et en unités SI.

                    [post_content] => Magtrol’s TORQUE 10 Software is an easy to use Windows® executable program, used to automatically collect torque, speed, mechanical power and angle data from Magtrol TS Series Torque Sensors or Magtrol TM Series Torque Sensors by using Model 3411 Torque Display. The data can be printed, displayed graphically or quickly saved/exported as a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet.

                    [post_content] => Magtrol Coupling Guards are easily removable and designed to mount in front of Magtrol HD Series Dynamometers. They are also available for some WB Series Dynamometers.

Coupling Guards help keep objects from vertical interference and aid in preventing accidental coupling contact during rotation. The guard length required will change according to the coupling size used with the dynamometer.

Magtrol Coupling Guards are not explosion proof and are not intended as protection against catastrophic coupling failure.
