Magtrol’s SBB15 Signal Breakout Box is designed to assist in the monitoring of speed, torque, and index signals obtained from either a Magtrol dynamometer or torque transducer. The easy-to-use SBB15 is simply inserted in series between a Magtrol controller and any Magtrol dynamometer or torque transducer. Connections are made via D-Sub 15 signal cables.
Speed, torque, and index signals are outputted through BNC connectors to an oscilloscope or other DAQ instrumentation device. Switching to the external encoder will switch the Tach A, Tach B, and Index signals, while the Torque signal will still be passed through from the dynamometer or torque transducer. The SBB15 Signal Breakout Box is a convenient and reliable accessory that reduces the necessary wiring required for signal monitoring.

The TCBS Thermocouple Connection Barrier Strip provides a method of connection the data acquisition device, which is usually installed in the main console, to the device being monitored up to 3 meters away. All eight thermocouples pairs are bundled into a single cable and terminated in a die cast aluminum box with barrier strip jackets for easy connection.
Interconnection errors can be avoided by using the barrier strip with the relevant thermocouple extension or compensation material. The strips are marked to identify the alloy and polarity.
The box can be supplied with optional T-nuts for easy mounting to a
T-slot table or
Magtrol PT 25 Base Plate.

Diese vielseitigen Befestigungen dienen der Fluchtung des Prüflings mit Magtrol’s Serie
HD-700 und HD-800 Leistungsbremsen zum einfachen Aufbau und Ankuppeln. Kupplungen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. Verschiedene Adapterringe (separat erhältlich) können kundenspezifisch angepasst werden, um mehrere Motoren auf der selben Befestigung prüfen zu können.
FMF Feste Motorenbefestigungen können auf jeder von Magtrol’s langen Grundplatten mit T-Nute der Serie HD-800 Leistungsbremsen oder jedem
Hysterese-Prüfstandtisch mit genuteter Tischplatte (TAB°1457S, TAB 0800L und 0825L) montiert werden. Die Befestigungen sind mit einer exakt angeordneten Passfeder am Plattenboden ausgestattet für eine einfache Zentrierung. Ebenso enthalten sind vier verstellbare Klemmhebel und T-Nuten.
