[post_content] => The 5212 is a 0-1A current-regulated 24 VDC power supply and display that is designed for use with Magtrol’s hysteresis brakes and clutches. It features a 10-turn current adjustment potentiometer and 3 selectable current ranges: 200 mA, 500 mA, and 1000 mA. A convenient built in panel meter displays the value of output current.
The 5212 is designed as a closed-loop power supply to provide smooth application of current throughout an entire range up to a maximum set point. By utilizing regulated current, fluctuations in brake torque caused by temperature changes within the brake coil are eliminated. Braking current can be controlled manually from the front panel using the 10-turn potentiometer. Alternatively, if remote operation is required, the 5212 can be controlled by an external source using the 0-5 VDC control input located on the rear panel.

[post_content] => Le module d'alimentation à courant régulé de la série BPM permet d'alimenter et de contrôler la puissance (jusqu'à 3 A) des freins et embrayages à hystérésis de Magtrol. Ce composant compact est un élément facile à mettre en place (encliquetable sur un rail DIN) et une solution recommandée pour facilement contrôler une large gamme de freins et d'embrayages.
L'entrée analogique du module d'alimentation à courant régulé est conçu pour des signaux de 0 à 10 DC. A la valeur de consigne maximale de 10 VDC, le courant de sortie est réglable de 0 à 100 %. A l'aide d'un potentiomètres, le point zéro peut être décalé de 0 à 20 %.

Le 5200 est disponible en tensions VDC 12, 24 ou 90, correspondant aux options de tension de la bobine du frein / embrayage. [post_content] => Les freins à aimant permanent de Magtrol se prêtent tout spécialement aux applications dont l’alimentation électrique des freins ou des embrayages magnétiques ne peut être envisagée. Bien que les applications avec couple constant constituent l’idéal pour de tels freins, Magtrol peut également offrir des appareils selon les spécifications particulières des clients. Normalement utilisé pour générer un couple, le montage d’un axe d’entrée sur un frein transforme ce dernier en embrayage magnétique. L’ensemble stator/boîtier devient alors entraînant, le rotor et l’axe la partie entraînée, le couple étant transmis par l’entrefer. Tout comme pour les freins et embrayages magnétiques à hystérésis, Magtrol garantit les mêmes caractéristiques de fonctionnement sans à-coups, d’excellente répétabilité et une longue durée de vie pour ses freins à aimant permanent.
