Magtrol FOURAX positioners are parallel-kinematic, multi-axis systems designed specifically for mechanical test labs. Providing 4 axes of motion in one integrated device, the FOURAX can fully position a line in 3-dimensional space, so is well-suited to the alignment of rotary equipment.

Designed for durability and high-capacity as well as precision, the FOURAX can accommodate a wide variety of payloads. Difficult-to-fixture items can be aligned precisely with the FOURAX, eliminating frustrating, time-consuming work with shims, and/or expensive custom fixtures. The FOURAX-700 features a robust aluminum mounting platform with 10mm T-slots in its standard configuration.

The FOURAX does not require any special external electronics or cords. Required connections are one standard USB-C cable, and one standard AC power cord- just like a printer. The easy-to-use FOURAX-C1 software runs on any PC (PC must support LabVIEW™ runtime environment). All common measurement units are supported. Positions may be saved for later recall.

Elle est conçue en aluminium léger avec roulettes pour une meilleure mobilité, et est suffisamment robuste pour supporter les freins dynamométriques Magtrol les plus lourds.

                    [post_content] => If currents continuously reach above 20 amps, an external sensor must be used. Magtrol offers three different types of external shunts for use with Magtrol Power Analyzers. The HA Series shunt, designed for power cable hook-up utilizing 3/8-16 screws, has an insulating base and can be mounted on conductive surfaces. The LAB Series shunt also comes with an insulating base, along with thumb screws for the power leads and knurled nuts on the sensing terminals. The FL Series is a relatively small bus, bar-mounted shunt with large end blocks. The comparatively large end blocks and short spacing aid in cooling and allow the shunt to operate in more extreme environments. All shunts are calibrated on equipment with current certifications traceable to N.I.S.T.

                    [post_content] => Le changeur de polarités PC-150 utilise le logiciel M-TEST 5.0 rack changeur de polarités pour commuter tla polarité d'un bloc d'alimentation à courant continu afin d'inverser le sens de rotation du moteur en cours de test. Lors de la commutation, les détecteurs de de tension (sense) vont également s’inverser afin de maintenir la bonne polarité sur les bornes de l’alimentation de puissance.

Le Micro Dyne, est capable de mesurer de très faibles couples moteurs (2,0 mNm avec une résolution de 0,0004 mNm). Pour un maximum de commodité, le Micro Dyne est fourni en tant que système de test complet. Tout ce qui est nécessaire pour tester avec précision et efficacité les moteurs miniatures et les micro-moteurs est inclus avec l'achat d'un Micro Dyne Magtrol. Le seul composant devant être fourni par le client est un ordinateur portable ou de bureau ainsi que l'alimentation du moteur.
