Magtrol FOURAX positioners are parallel-kinematic, multi-axis systems designed specifically for mechanical test labs. Providing 4 axes of motion in one integrated device, the FOURAX can fully position a line in 3-dimensional space, so is well-suited to the alignment of rotary equipment.

Designed for durability and high-capacity as well as precision, the FOURAX can accommodate a wide variety of payloads. Difficult-to-fixture items can be aligned precisely with the FOURAX, eliminating frustrating, time-consuming work with shims, and/or expensive custom fixtures. The FOURAX-700 features a robust aluminum mounting platform with 10mm T-slots in its standard configuration.

The FOURAX does not require any special external electronics or cords. Required connections are one standard USB-C cable, and one standard AC power cord- just like a printer. The easy-to-use FOURAX-C1 software runs on any PC (PC must support LabVIEW™ runtime environment). All common measurement units are supported. Positions may be saved for later recall.

Magtrol Coupling Guards are easily removable and designed to mount in front of Magtrol HD Series Dynamometers. They are also available for some WB Series Dynamometers.

Coupling Guards help keep objects from vertical interference and aid in preventing accidental coupling contact during rotation. The guard length required will change according to the coupling size used with the dynamometer.

Magtrol Coupling Guards are not explosion proof and are not intended as protection against catastrophic coupling failure.

                    [post_content] => Magnetpulverbremsen (PB Reihe) sind ideal für Anwendungen, die im niedrigen bis mittleren Drehzahlbereich oder bei Betrieb im mittleren bis hohen Drehmomentbereich arbeiten. Pulverbremsen liefern das volle Drehmoment bei Nulldrehzahl und sind wassergekühlt, wodurch Leistungen bis zu 48 kW möglich sind. Magnetpulverbremsen verfügen über eine Genauigkeit von ± 0.3 % bis ± 0.5 % vom Skalenendwert, abhängig vom Typ und dessen Konfiguration.

Funktionsprinzip der Magnetpulverbremsen

Die Pulverdynamometer der PB Reihe enthalten, wie der Name schon sagt, ein magnetisches Pulver. Der durch die Spule fließende elektrische Strom erzeugt ein Magnetfeld, das die Eigenschaft des Pulvers verändert und so durch Reibung zwischen Rotor und Stator ein gleichmäßiges Bremsmoment erzeugt. Die Pulverbremsen (PB Reihe) erzeugen ihr Nenndrehmoment bei Drehzahl Null. Das zu prüfende Element kann im Stillstand belastet werden, um das Startdrehmoment zu bestimmen.

Optischer Drehzahlaufnehmer

Jede Leistungsbremse PB Series hat einen optischen Drehzahlaufnehmer, der standardmäßig geliefert wird. Die PB 43 haben einen optischen Drehzahlaufnehmer mit 30 PPR; (Impulse pro Umdrehung), die PB 65, PB 115 & PB 15 haben einen optischen Geschwindigkeitssensor mit 60 PPR.

Für eine höhere Auflösung bei Anwendungen mit niedriger Geschwindigkeit bietet Magtrol optional Drehzahlsensoren mit 600 PPR oder 6 000 PPR an.

                    [post_content] => Die Hysterese-Leistungsbremsen Serie HD sind vielseitig einsetzbar und hervorragend geeignet für Prüfaufgaben im mittleren Leistungsbereich bis maximal 14 kW bei intermittierendem Betrieb. Mit einem Hysterese-Bremssystem ausgerüstet erzeugt die Leistungsbremse schon im Stillstand ein Drehmoment. Der Motorprüfling kann demzufolge ab Leerlauf bis zum blockierten Rotor ausgemessen werden. Die Kühlung der Bremse erfolgt je nach Typ entweder durch Konvektion, oder mittels Druckluft. Da die Hysterese-Leistungsbremsen keine Wasserkühlung besitzen, werden ihre Leistungskenndaten sowohl für den kontinuierlichen als auch für den intermittierenden Betrieb angegeben. Alle Hysterese-Leistungsbremsen von Magtrol verfügen über eine Genauigkeit von ±0,25 % vom Skalenendwert, abhängig vom Typ und dessen Konfiguration.

Mit über 50 Jahren Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Leistungsbremsen und Drehmomentmessung hat Magtrol die Industrie revolutioniert. Das NEUE Mikro-Dyn ist ausschließlich zur Prüfung von Klein- und Kleinstmotoren vorgesehen und in der Lage, extrem niedrige Drehmomente zu messen (2.0 mN m kann bis 0.0004 mN m aufgelöst werden).

Für den höchsten Bedienkomfort wird der Mikro-Dyn als ein komplettes Motor-Testsytem geliefert. Alles was für eine akkurate und effiziente Prüfung von Klein-und Kleinstmotoren benötigt wird ist im Lieferumfang des Mikro-Dyns enthalten. Die einzigen Komponenten, die kundenseitig bereitgestellt werden müssen sind ein Laptop oder Desktop-PC und ein Speisegrerät.
