Product Description
The Magtrol ZL-03 Traction Force Transducer utilizes Strain Gauge Technology and was designed to support the load for long-term dynamic stresses. Connected to a signal conditioner, the transducer will provide signal proportional to the measured load.

[post_content] => The Magtrol Load Monitoring Unit is specially designed for strain gauge transducer applications. Specifically developed for use with Magtrol load measuring pins and load-force weight sensors, the LMU Series provides excitation current and amplifies the output signal of full-bridge strain gauges.
Load Monitoring Units are flexible and fully configurable due to DIP-switches and jumpers which allow the unit to be easily installed - no solder connections are required. The level detectors and the outputs can be dedicated either to the full-bridge input, to the voltage input, or to the sum of both. A built-in auto-diagnostic system detects any short circuits or signal line failures, thus allowing the system to be used in applications where safety is important. If a problem is detected, both relays are deactivated and the output voltage (respective current) changes to > 10 V DC and > 20 mA.
The LMU is fully compatible with European Community (CE) standards. Its IP 65 aluminum housing allows the system to be used in harsh environments. Using SMD (surface mounted device) technology, the LMU allows the maximum performance/ price ratio for strain gauge transducer monitoring.

[post_content] => The SK-02 Cable Sensor is a low cost load cell specially designed to measure the tension force on hoisting rope. Easy installation does not require the hoist to be dismantled nor modified. The SK-02 sensor family covers a large range of cable diameters from 8 to 36 mm and loads 8 k·N (~800 kg) to 150 k·N (~15 tons). [post_content] => The ZS load cells are made entirely of a special stainless steel and are, therefore, also suitable as weighing plants under difficult environmental conditions. The sensor element itself is fabricated as a transverse body. A metal diaphragm, which is welded on to the deformation zone protects the sensitive strain gauges from environmental influences. As a result constant measuring characteristics
are ensured. Compensation and adjustment elements, which are required for the exact setting of the guaranteed technical parameters, are positioned in a special chamber, which is also sealed. The load cell can be subjected to traction or compression force. An assembly kit, which can be ordered separately, facilitates the unproblematic and safe installation of the load cell in the weighing unit. As a standard, the load cells are supplied with a 3 m long connection cable. Of course, these load cells, calibrated in Newton (N), can also be supplied as high-precision transducers up to the accuracy class 0.05%.
