Magtrol Load Measuring
Pins are temperature-compensated transducers used to measure load and force and provide overload
protection. The pins are mounted into machines in place
of normal shafts and fitted with strain gauges, allowing
them to produce a signal proportional to the measured
load.

From 2.5 to 1250 kN (0.28 to 140 tons)
Admissible overload: 150% of the nominal load
Overload at rupture: 350% to 700% of nominal load
(according to the model)
Pin made of high resistance stainless steel.
Insensitive to external mechanical and chemical
effects (strain gauges inside the pin)
