The Model 2340 Measuring System used for cable stranding machines
consists of a lifting platform, a Model 2382 Clamping Unit, a 2304
Resistomat, and an individual PC for controlling the system and
managing the measured data.
The direct integration of the 2340 measuring system into stranding
equipment allows production processes to be monitored online so
that ISO 9002 standards can be met. The individual measured values
are registered continuously by the integrated PC and stored on the
hard drive; this allows the quality of the finished cable to be
logged and verified with a printer whenever required. |
